Johns Vineyards Wines are dedicated to and inspired by our memories of our dear friend John. They reflects the passion John had about the high quality of the wines he drank and always felt they should express the terrior and be varietal correct.  

Our Chardonnay is hand harvested and fermented in a combination of stainless steel tanks and oak barrels to give it a creamy taste. Its bouquet is very tropical with hints of pineapple , coconut and granny smith apples which all transcend to the pallet with just the right amount of minerality. Beautifully pairs with steamed Dungeness crab, raw oysters, Chinese chicken salad, Risotto with roasted vegetables
